As a first-generation Canadian, Susanita's roots trace back to a fascinating blend of cultures. Born to a Panamanian Consul General father and a German mother who ventured to Canada from Scotland, Susanita's real estate journey began in Vancouver, BC, where she embarked on her career in 1987.

I am a mom, wife, career woman, a beekeeper’s daughter and a breast cancer survivor. I wear my heart on my sleeve, have Saskatchewan roots, and I love my life! When I am not working, you can find me at cheerleading, golf, piano, singing, acting, kickboxing or fastball. My kids are living their best life and I am their ride!

Born and raised in Tisdale, Saskatchewan, I made Alberta my home in 2000. I moved to Lethbridge to attend college, where I graduated with honors from the Interior Design program. Upon graduation, I moved to Calgary and joined a well known cabinet company. I started as a draftsperson, but fast-tracked my way to a member of the Sales & Design team.

My love of design, selections, and all things houses led me to be one of the top sales employees within our branch. The pride I took in each job and my eye for detail allowed me to be one of the top employees with error free work. This meant the builders stayed on track for possession dates and the clients stayed happy. A win-win for all!

For the past 16 years I have lived in Strathmore, with my husband and kids. I was lucky enough to be able to stay home with my kids for several years and volunteer within their school. This path led me to the opportunity of working in the school office for six and a half years, the last two as head financial office administrator.

My continued passion for people, homes, design and sales has brought me back into the industry and into real estate. My background is one of my biggest assets that I can use to help you! I have seen hundreds of floorplans through various builders throughout my design career. This experience helps me to envision the possibilities and see the potential. Where you see old, tired or outdated, I see new paint, new possibilities and amazing Christmas suppers where new memories are made.

Buying a home is one of the largest investments of your life. It should be an exciting experience. However, sometimes it can leave you stressed and feeling overwhelmed. I know, because this is how I felt when I purchased my first home. I was frustrated, rushed and felt there was a huge lack of communication. It was a negative experience that took away the excitement that I initially had. My absolute promise is that my clients will not feel this way. I will go to bat for you every step of the way and make sure that this chapter is a positive one. Life is too short to not enjoy the journey.

Selling your home is also a huge decision in your life. Maybe it was where you brought your first child home from the hospital and tracked their growth on one of your door casings. It could have been the home where you helped pack up your child’s belongings and sent them off to University. Is it the house that has gotten too small for your family, or too big, now that your children have become adults and have moved out to explore their own journey? Sometimes moving is out of our control. Perhaps it is the home where you experienced tough times or losses and now it is time for a change and a fresh start.

Shaun was born in Glasgow, and raised in Calgary. He spent many years away, in Toronto, Hamilton and Vancouver, cultivating his career as an award winning Actor. He has worked coast to coast and internationally with over 100 episodes of TV and over 50 plays to his credit. Some of his notable highlights include roles in popular series like "Suits," "Supernatural," "Fringe," "The Killing," and “Arrow.” He has graced the Calgary stages many times at Theatre Calgary, Alberta Theatre Projects and One Yellow Rabbit, and other renowned theatre companies like and the esteemed Stratford Festival, leaving a lasting mark on the world of performing arts.

Shaun’s deep-rooted love for Calgary, combined with a passion for helping others realize their dreams, led him to the world of real estate. Having recently gone through the challenging and competitive process of purchasing a home in Calgary. Shaun meticulously combed over listings and explored every neighbourhood till he found the perfect home for his family. Coming from a combined 27 years in the travel/hospitality industry, project management and most recently, the information technologies and non-profit sector, Leanne applies her impressive knowledge of technology to her position by creating consistent processes within our accounting and conveyancing departments and our web site and social media marketing. Paige has been a member of our team for over 5 years, beginning while she was attending the University of Calgary.
